This report is based on the organizational behavior of a small business of Crawford Healthcare which has its business in the UK. There are brief explanations of various concepts related to power, Culture and politics. It also explains various organizational cultures of every individual in the company along with the description of its performance. It also includes an explanation of various organizational politics existing in this Crawford health care along with various examples. There are also explanations of various theories which are related to this health care along with
explanation effective teams reflecting on Belbin’s or Tuckman’s theory. At the end there are few descriptions of various theories such as Path Goal and social capital theory along with various philosophies which includes autocratic and supportive system theories. Crawford Health care was founded in 2009 by Richard Anderson and since the foundation of this organization the company has had a rapid increase in its growth. The company grew from a three-person startup company to an international business with employees more than 130. With a
sales of headline £ 25.2 million in the year 2017 Crawford alo continued with an excellent progress by aiming to become a leading business in the entire world by its advanced selling of wound care with other dermatology products. This health care has its ultimate goal of generation of £ 100 m of turnover within 2020. Culture of Crawford health care generally describes various proper ways required to behave in an organisation. This culture also consists of various values and shared beliefs which have been established by the communications of various leaders in order to reinforce various methods which are required in shaping employees with proper understanding and perceptions. Power in an organization is considered to be an ability in an organizational structure which is
useful in utilization of all of the required resources which are mandatory for development of an organization such as machines and other resources. Development of various skills of power can be helpful in describing the direction of Crawford healthcare which is heading in specific direction.

Politics in an organization is considered to be a behaviour which is required in human interactions with an involvement of authority and power. Similarly reward powers are considered to be a type of legitimate power which are generally higher in scarce cases. Organizational politics generally have various negative effects of several performances of Crawford healthcare as well as their employees. It also includes various harmful effects which includes various job satisfaction perceptions along with various organizational commitments affecting the performance of the organization.
Motivation is generally considered to be a process of initiation of various guides along with maintaining behaviours which are goal oriented. ii) Herzberg’s Theory: It is generally considered to be factor sets which are helpful in determining working employees of Crawford healthcare along with performance factors such as hygiene and motivation factors . In it the motivation factor is generally important for motivation of employees which have higher performance. Example: Challenging and meaningful work and recognition of achievement of various employees of Crawford Healthcare. Similarly the hygiene factor is considered to be leading to higher motivation with satisfaction cause along with absence of satisfaction. ● Rewards which are never associated necessarily according to the performance of Crawford health care.
