Competitive Strategy Help

Investigate and critically analyse an advertisement campaign from your own country using one of the areas covered in the first 4 lectures. These are:
1 Laws and advertising
2 Gender / sex / morals
3 Celebrities & People as brands
4 Humour

Contrast and compare your chosen campaign with the advertisement environment within another country. For example, if you are using a Chinese advertisement, would it be the same in the UK? Justify your conclusion.
Your completed report must be sent to your lecturer by email by 10.00 (British time) on Tuesday 29 May 2018. You should also put your report through Turnitin.
You must also send us a plan of your essay and an indicative bibliography. This will enable us to give comments and advice to you before you finish your report. THIS IS A COMPULSORY PART OF YOUR REASSESSMENT.
We would like to emphasize that this report must be entirely your own work. We are available via email if you have any questions and recommend that you look closely at the lecture notes for your chosen topic and also the seminar material. These will give you good examples and direct you towards academic sources to support your comments
and analysis. Further academic and trade publications can be found via the on-line library at the university.
The report is an individual piece of work and should consist of:
1 An Introduction
2 A brief description of your ad
3 A comparison with the advertisement environment in another country of your choice. You should give reasons for any similarities or differences by referring to academic sources covered in lectures/seminars and by your own research of on-line resources as well as books, journals, etc. You should not just rely on websites for information but use the e-library from the university to find appropriate articles, either from academic journals or from marketing publications. DO NOT USE WIKIPEDIA AS A SOURCE!
4 A conclusion

5 A bibliography which conforms to academic procedures ( in alphabetical order by family names, with details of authors, title of the article, details of the book or journal, date and place of publication as well as the name of the publisher). It is not necessary to include an executive summary or recommendations as these are not appropriate for this report. However, you should number the sections of your report in the accepted format.
